Charity shop shopping

I went ‘charity shop shopping’ (it’s official name). Me and me Mum called it that. We are always saying to each other “fancy some charity shop shopping?” So anyway I always go to the charity shops where I live once a week. The ladies in the Salvation Army love me so much they even save me stuff that they think I would like. A month ago they kept some lovely old vintage gloves. I bought them and she was so pleased! All of this shopping and it’s guilt free. I get new garms that look marvellous and I am giving to charity.
It started off sunny which is why I had a cardigan with holes in on (in on next to each other sounds weird). But typical English weather the cloud came and I froze!
- HAT BRITSH HEART FOUNDATION
- CARDIGAN TOPSHOP
- VEST H&M
- TROUSERS BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION (ORIGINALLY NEXT)
- TRAINERS CONVERSE
- BAG MULBERRY
This is a coat that I tried on in The British Heart Foundation, but I didn’t get it, maybe I should have it only cost £4.00
That coat looks so nice. Should have got it!
Great shopping! My girls and I LOVE thrift store shopping…it’s the best way to get retail therapy!
I am a friend of your mum’s….I live in Canada….
Thanks Marion!
I love Canada, such a beautiful place, I hope to visit again soon. I bought lots of second-hand stuff in Canada too! Much to the boyfriends dismay. He even made me leave some things behind when we came home (well that’s what he thinks, when he left the room I squeezed the wedges into his backpack, then took them out when he went to the loo in the airport).
Good to hear from you! x
